Abstract

Economic policy and criminal policy have many conection points. Criminal policy today cannot be regarded as an independent science, but as a separate area within criminal sciences. It is part of the general policy of the state, including legal policy. The concept of response strategies for offenses already committed. Criminal policy guides criminal legislation, but plays only a modest role in law enforcement. Finding a correlation between economic indicators and crime is not a recent research topic. This essay examines the relationship between the economic policy and the economic crimes int he period of the economic crisis.
